Tips to get the most from IPTV Extreme
- Update the TV guide. If the guide is empty after the first load, update the EPG from the app settings and give it a few minutes.
- Use favourites. Add the channels you watch most to your favourites so you do not have to scroll through every group.
- Record a programme. In the Pro version, open the TV guide, choose a programme and set a recording or a reminder.
- Back up your settings. Use the backup option before you reset or change device, so you can restore everything in one step.
IPTV Extreme not working? Quick fixes
- “Unable to load playlist”. Copy the M3U link again from your email. A missing character stops it loading.
- Channels buffer or freeze. Restart your router and device, use a cable on Android TV boxes if possible, and pause other downloads.
- The app is slow with a large playlist. Hide channel groups you never watch, so the app loads faster.
- Still stuck? Send a photo of the error to our support team on WhatsApp or by email.
