  • You ask for the refund within 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase date.

Within these 3 days you can cancel for any reason. We would still like to know what went wrong, so we can improve the service.

Before you ask for a refund

Most problems can be solved in a few minutes. Please try these steps and contact our support team first:

  • Buffering or freezing: restart your router and device, and use a cable connection if possible. We recommend an internet speed of 50 Mbps or more.
  • Login or playlist errors: copy your details again from your email. A single wrong character stops the app from connecting.

  • Missing channels: tell us which channel and we will check it.

We reply to your request by email and confirm when the refund has been issued. Your subscription stops working once the refund is made.

After the 3 days

After 3 days from the purchase date, subscriptions cannot be refunded. You can still contact us at any time through the chat on xtremehd-iptv4k.uk, by WhatsApp or by email, and we will help you fix any problem for the whole length of your subscription.
