What you need

A supported device: Samsung, LG, Android, Fire Stick or Apple TV.
Your Xtreme HD IPTV details: an M3U link, or the server URL, username and password. You receive them by email after ordering or requesting a free trial.
A phone or computer with a web browser.
An internet connection of 50 Mbps or more is recommended.

How to add your IPTV subscription to IBO Player

Install IBO Player from your device’s app store and open it. Note the MAC address and Device Key shown on screen.
On your phone or computer, go to the IBO Player device login page.
Enter the MAC address and device key from your TV to log in to your device.
Choose how to add your subscription: +Add Playlist for an M3U link, or +Add XC Playlist for Xtream Codes.
Enter a name for the playlist (for example Xtreme HD IPTV) and your link or login details, then save.
Go back to your TV and restart IBO Player. The playlist appears with the name you chose.

We recommend Xtream Codes where possible. The programme guide loads more reliably and films and series are sorted into categories.

How to activate IBO Player

IBO Player gives new users a free trial period of the app. To keep using it afterwards, you buy a one-off licence for that device from the IBO Player website. Check the site for the current price.

On the IBO Player website, click Activate Device.
Fill in the form with your MAC address and continue to the card payment.
Restart the app on your TV once the payment is complete.

The licence is paid to the app developer and does not include channels. Your IPTV subscription is separate.

IBO Player problems and fixes

“Playlist not found” or an empty list. Log in on the IBO Player website again and check that the playlist is saved under the right device. Then restart the app.
Wrong MAC address or device key. Re-read both from the TV screen. A single wrong character connects you to a different device.
Buffering or freezing. Restart your router and TV, use a cable if possible, and stop other large downloads on your network.
Programme guide missing. Switch to the Xtream Codes method if you used an M3U link.
The app asks for activation. The IBO Player trial has ended. Activate the app as shown above. Your subscription is still active.
